Cyrus

The ultimate goodest boy! Meet Cyrus, a roughly 2yr old Golden Retriever. He came to us a stray and well underweight, so we don't know his history but we have learned a lot about him and he got to spend a fun weekend with a foster, which gave us lots of insight! He loves toys, and playing fetch and is good giving up the ball. He pulls some on a leash, but was doing well working with a Gentle Leader. He's a little unfocused outside with a desire to chase everything, even cars. An off-leash life is not recommended, and a fenced yard will be great because he is full of spunk. He loves to meet everyone, he is very excitable and wants to play with cats he meets - so he could be a great for a cat friend, if they are into it, but he absolutely will not ignore them! Good with dogs in our experience so far. No accidents in the home with his foster, minimal counter surfing and easily corrected, did well in a crate. Super smart with basic commands - ready for a bustling exciting and active life with his new family!
