My Story
Daisy is an active, friendly Shepherd/Collie type mix, around a year old, and weighs 35-40 pounds. This sweet girl was found as a stray on a schoolyard, where a 3rd-grade class affectionately named her “Daisy” and cheered when a rescue stepped in to bring her to safety.
Daisy is a social pup who adores other dogs and enjoys the company of kids and cats. However, she would do best in a home with children aged 5 years and up who are familiar with larger, energetic and intelligent dogs. For cats, she’s friendly and may want to play, but an experienced cat that is comfortable with active herding breeds would be ideal.
Daisy is fully vaccinated, spayed, microchipped, and up to date on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. She’s crate trained and is doing well learning leash manners and general house etiquette. Whether it’s hiking, biking, or exploring new trails, Daisy is ready to be your adventure partner. She’d also excel in beginner dog sports like agility or scent work, thanks to her natural intelligence and love for exercise.
If you’re looking for an affectionate, well-rounded companion who’s ready to join your active lifestyle, Daisy is excited to find her forever home where she can be your loyal sidekick on every adventure!
