Daisy

Daisy is a retired breeding dog who was surrendered to us after the breeder could not find a suitable home for her. She is a purebred Basset Hound who is 7 years old. She has a mellow personality and doesn't make a lot of noise like a typical Basset. She enjoys being inside and sitting in front of a fire. Daisy is working on potty training and is almost there. In her former life, she lived outside and was never potty trained. She LOVES food and treats. Daisy gets along great with other dogs but she does not like dogs invading her personal space and will let them know immediately. Daisy will be spayed on January 21st and then will have an appointment for a dental procedure to remove bad teeth 2 weeks later. She is otherwise in good health. We are taking applications for Daisy now, and will actively find a new home for her after she recovers from dental surgery. Transport may be available out of state.
