Daisy puts the "d" into delightful. Still very much an adorable puppy at the age of 1, the 41-pound blue-eyed beauty who loves to love and be loved, could easily exist on a steady diet of affection from her devoted fosters. Sweet and social, she not only loves resting her head on her foster mom, showing her paw for more loving, rolling over for belly rubs and being brushed, she loves every person, child and friendly dog she meets. Highly and happily energetic, Daisy delights in staying as active as possible, making dog parks with open spaces to run, walking, running and hiking a dream come true for a dog like her. Honing her leash skills on her daily walks, she enjoys chewing bones and playing with toys (she especially enjoys taking the toy her doggy foster sister is playing with in a playful game of "keep away"), while any treats are good treats. Motivated by love and food, Daisy is extremely bright, eager to please and easy to teach, comes when her foster mom whistles, currently knows "come," "sit," "down" "no," and is crate trained (treats are key) and almost fully house-trained. Just starting life's journey, Daisy will thrive in a loving and active family with another playful pup, that will complete her training, including her commands, and keep her mentally and physically satisfied fur-ever.
If you and the dog are a good match then we'll connect you with our dog's foster parents to chat more in-depth. If both you and the foster agree that the dog is a good fit then a meet and greet is scheduled. We require applicants' dogs to meet ours to ensure they get along. We'll ask you to read and sign our adoption agreement and pay the adoption fee to complete the adoption when it comes time. Our adoption fees help cover the costs of saving more lives! A home visit will be scheduled within one week of your new pet going home with you.
The adoption fee for this pet is $375. Our adoption fee covers the following:
Spay/neuter
Microchip
DAPP vaccinations as age-appropriate for the dog.
Rabies vaccinations as age-appropriate for the dog.
Adopters shall be responsible for all vaccinations after adoption.
