If you've dreamt of adopting a fun companion, then stop by the Humane Society of Broward County and meet Dana. She is a very sweet and loving dog, who enjoys walks. Dana might be a little shy at first, so please give her time to feel comfortable with you. Once she warms up, she is very playful and friendly and she LOVES belly rubs. When she wants to play she does cute stomps to let you know she is ready to have some fun. Sadly she was originally given up because her owner lost their home and had nowhere to live. Then she was adopted and returned because her new owner came down with an illness that made it impossible to care for this beautiful girl. She's ready for her luck to change. Dana knows some basic commands, enjoys a carrot as a treat and needs a home that is feline free...she likes to chase cats.
