My Story

"Hi, my name is Daria! I'm a friendly and funny baby dog who loves to play and explore. I'm very affectionate and love getting lots of attention and affection. I'm also a very smart pup. I love my humans and am very gentle with them. I'm also a great listener and am always up for a cuddle on the couch. I am a puppy so I will need lots of attention and care. This absolutely adorable girl currently weighs 12 pounds and is about 10 weeks old. He is a small basset/cur mix. Daria is a precious, soft, little sweet baby ready for a family. She was rescued along with her siblings from a scary hoarding situation. She is so sweet and cute! Daria has a very gentle and affectionate personality and loves to play with her foster siblings and toys. Of course, she will need patience as she learns the ropes with potty training, crate training, and all of the normal puppy things. We are proud that she uses potty pads like a champ! The adoption fee is $300 and includes age appropriate vaccines (DAPP with boosters, Bordetella, Rabies if old enough), multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter *if old enough, flea & heart worm prevention while in our care, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a collar or harness, treats & squeaky toy. Most of our puppies will come with their next round of routine dewormer. *When adopting one of our puppies too young for spay/neuter, the adopter shall complete a spay/neuter contract to have the puppy spay/neutered before 6 months of age at adopters' expense. The microchip will remain registered to the rescue until proof of spay/neuter is provided. We facilitate adoptions across the US from Houston, Tx. for a small additional fee $200-$300 which includes a health certificate by a licensed vet deeming the pup healthy for travel. Our pups travel in comfort with 24/7 care on licensed transport vehicles including buses and cargo vans. If available, private planes or in cabin on Southwest Airlines (if small enough to fit in carrier under seat). We go above and beyond to provide unparalleled care for our pets. Our commitment to comprehensive medical care sets us apart. We've received glowing feedback from veterinarians who commend our dedication to ensuring the health and well-being of every animal in our care. This puppy is from a part of the US where puppies are regularly euthanized. So, this puppy needs you! If you choose a puppy from this rescue, it saves their life AND it also allows us to save the life of another in its place. A puppy is discovering their personality with each passing day. We pride ourselves in being able to give you good personality and behavioral information to help ensure this baby is the right fit for you. You are also welcome to do a Facetime call to meet your new baby before signing the adoption contract! We require a commitment from adoptive families to crate train their new puppy starting immediately when arriving at their new home, which will help with potty training, energy management, and the overall development of a well-rounded adult dog. You will be guaranteed to get lots of kisses in return from your new best friend!
