ID 57921785 Meet DaRoc. This boy of about 2 1/2 yrs of age came in with this name and it has a bit of a ring to it. He was a surrender as the owner stated he financially could not care for him any longer. While this is not what DaRoc wanted, he is ready to move forward and find a new home. This brindle guy with adorable floppy ears, has some pep in his step and will need to learn to not jump up enthusiastically for attention. He is a snuggler and does want to engage with the human friend that is with him. His surrender profile said he is crate trained, and is housebroken. We do recommend an adjustment time once in a new home so he can acclimate to a new schedule. He knows sit, down and is up to learn even more in his new home. He has met kids in her former home but any introduction to kids should be supervised and allow time for proper interactions and space if needed while dog/kids get used to a new addition to the home. He did pass his assessment with other shelter dogs but slow introductions are needed as this guy didn’t have much exposure to other dogs in the home he lived in. A meet /greet is always required with our shelter dogs to make sure it will be a good fit overall. If you can give this guy a new place to call his own, come on down and meet him.
