Hey there, I'm Deja, a 5-year-old resilient pup who’s had a tough life but remains full of joy and love. Once part of a cruelty case, I have some scars that won't grow hair back, but my spirit is unscathed. I was kept in a small crate or dirty kennel with other dogs, but now, I’m so excited to be free and playful. I’m potty trained, good with male dogs, and great with children. I may be goofy, but I’m also lovable and ready to embrace the happiness I’ve missed out on. A fenced-in yard is a must for me so I can run and explore. I am receiving heartworm treatment.
