Delilah

Meet Delilah! This sweet girl is definitely a Red Heeler (aka Australian cattle dog), mixed with something else. She is adorable and has a distinct merle pattern. Delilah is one year old and weighs 30 pounds. She is still a puppy and has puppy energy, but she’s a very affectionate and playful girl. She loves playing with the other foster dog, Pandora (also posted), in her foster home. Delilah loves people and other dogs. She is a little apprehensive of some sounds and will bark when she is startled, but not constantly. She stops when you ask her to stop. She is working on house training and getting very close. She just needs a little more practice. She probably was born and lived only in a backyard, but now she loves snuggling in the house with her people and dog friend (see pics). Delilah has met children on her walks and is good with them. The first part of our process is to have you complete our adoption application. This helps us make compatible matches.
