Deryn is a 13 year old, 7 lb. Chihuahua. Are you looking for a new best friend who is already trained, very sweet, cuddly, and wants nothing more than to be with you as your constant companion? Look no further than little Deryn! This sweet, older gal still has plenty of pep in her step, but she has a calmer demeanor which is why we love our seniors! She is a perfect blend of "not too active" on her short daily walks, and total snuggle bug when she burrows in a pile of blankets, or better yet - on your lap! She loves sleeping under the covers in bed with her foster mom and hopes she can continue those nighttime snuggles in her forever home! Because of her age, Deryn would love to find an adult-only home or one with older, respectful children who understand that she needs a calm, quiet lifestyle. Deryn has excellent house manners and knows how to use her pee pads when indoors and can also go potty outside. She likes to walk around in her yard and stays close by her foster mom's side at all times. She would love to go on a short walk, but will need to use a harness due to her age. Deryn can't wait to live her best life and hopes her forever family comes for her soon.
