Dexter is a 3-year-old husky with a heart as big as his love for ear rubs and toys! This sweet and affectionate boy is ready to trade his outdoor-only lifestyle for a cozy indoor home where he can still enjoy plenty of time exploring outside. Dexter is a people-loving pup who thrives on human attention, but he hasn't spent much time around other dogs and doesn't quite know his manners with them. Because of this, Dexter would do best as the only dog in the home, and he's not a good candidate for dog parks. He hasn't lived with kids before, so a home with teens and up will suit him best. Since Dexter isn't house trained and is new to indoor life, he'll need a patient and committed adopter to guide him as he adjusts. With time, love, and consistent training, Dexter will blossom into the perfect companion.
