Diesel is your boy! He adores his humans and loves to be nearby. If there is space on the chair or couch, he’ll fill it and adoringly look at you with his loving brown eyes. If you’re on the move, he’ll follow and find a soft spot nearby to make sure you are not alone. Diesel is house-trained but does best if accompanied outside to encourage him to stay out until done. His southern paws do not like the cold so his first reaction is to go back to the door to come inside. Diesel is kenneled when we leave the house and at night. While he does bark sometimes, it lasts only a couple minutes. He just wants to be sure you truly intended to close the door. Diesel loves food, filled Kongs and bones. He enjoys walks so we are anxiously awaiting warmer days. He is doing great in his foster home with 3 dogs (his size and larger) and 2 cats. Diesel would be fine as an only pet due to his strong desire to be near his human. Please keep in mind that a family pet takes work and dedication, as well as many years of commitment.
