Meet Dodger! Dodger is a handsome 3-year-old Hound/Lab mix who has spent his life as a farm dog, living outdoors. He has a beautiful slick black coat, adorable floppy ears, and the most deep soulful eyes. Now that he's with us, he's ready to write a new chapter of life and discover the joys of belonging to a family as a true companion. He’s a very friendly and affectionate boy who loves people—even strangers—and always wants to be by your side. His sweet dog heart has been starving for love and attention, and he doesn't want to miss one single chance to experience it. Dodger doesn't really know how to play just yet, but he’s eager to learn and experience new adventures. He does enjoy car rides and would likely be a great hiking or outdoor adventure buddy. With his eagerness to please we see house training being a fast learn for him. Dodger would be happy to do anything to be close to you and know a cozy warm life.
