Dolly

Dolly is a darling little brindle and white shih tzu who was brought in by a citizen who found her running in heavy traffic. She was extremely matted and had to be shaved almost bald. She is adorable with or without hair! She is a very independent little girl and would prefer to be the only princess in the castle but does get along with other dogs. She likes walks or hanging out and snuggling while watching a good movie. She is approximately 2 years old and weighs about 8 lbs. Like many of our rescue dogs, we are not sure how well potty trained Dolly is. But with gentle persuasion, some consistency, structure and praise he should be easy to train. Dolly is a coated dog (hair grows continuously) and will need professional grooming every 6-8 weeks. Dolly's adoption fee is $450 This fee includes at least one health exam at our veterinarian while in our care, altering, all vaccinations including rabies (as permitted by age), a pre-adoption professional grooming and a microchip with lifetime membership that never will cost you a fee. All dogs also leave with a new collar and or harness and leash as well as a gift bag which includes among other things, a starter bag of the quality kibble that is being fed at the rescue. Adoption fees also allow us the ability to put funds towards the next homeless or unwanted dog in need of rescue!
