Occasionally the photographer will meet a dog that intrinsically shows the most desirable traits that every other canine would love to possess: infinite patience, a friendly to all temperament, perfect sits both preemptively and on command, the consummate desire to please, the talent to walk gently and take treats with great respect, and the most importantly, the ability to make his human companion feel like they are the most important person on this planet. 6-month-old Donavan is precisely that being. He walked up silently behind the photographer literally a dozen times and almost imperceptibly nudged the human’s hand with a delicate nose touch, letting him know that he was there for you. Donavan also can pose with great alacrity as he displays his impish, “I know more about you than you do about me” gaze and shares his “What, me worry...let’s just have some fun” invitation.
