Dory (Cookeville litter)

Meet Dory! Dory is one of 7 pups from a litter we rescued from Cookeville the night before the big snow of January hit Nashville area. They were all named after the move called "It Ends with Us". They were born 10/20/24. They were surrendered by someone who had 9 dogs, none of whom were spayed/neutered and 2 moms had puppies. These pups were not properly cared for. They had a skin infection, worms so bad and were dehydrated and malnourished. They could not afford to feed the dogs some days. So sad. Thank goodness they reached out to surrender them and another group of 3 pups, plus another a neighbor had abandoned so they went from 20 dogs to 9 in one night. Dory is looking for a family to call her own!! Our iphones say this litter is Jack Russell Terrier and Chiweenie, but we did do a DNA on one and should have that back soon and will update if this is different. They are small to be already 3 months old. The adoption fee is $400 which covers spay/neuter, rabies, Bordetella, 4parvo/distemper vaccines, several rounds of deworming, microchip, and a heartworm test.
