My Story

Clearly Dottie was the beauty queen cheerleader in high school but somehow she fell on hard times and landed at the shelter. Dottie is a true lovebug! She gets along fine with her foster fur-siblings but would have no problem being the only apple of your eye. She's a tiny girl who loves to be near you - in your lap or snuggled alongside of you to settle in for tv time. Unfortunately, Dottie tested heartworm positive and has already begun the treatment process. She will have her injections in a few weeks and then will need 6-8 weeks of rest in a calm environment. Once she's through that period, she will have no restrictions. Note: adoptions within metro Atlanta area only
