Doug is estimated to be 2-4 year old, male Retriever mix. Doug is such a cool guy with an amazing personality. Doug has had it rough in the past but he is thriving here in the shelter. He came in with some injuries, we’ve taken him to the vet. Vet stated injuries looked old, from possibly a dog fight or being hit by a car. His left paw has a boo boo, that is healing and even though it makes him walk funny, Doug has been a champ through it all (Vet said it does not affect his quality of life). Doug was found by a nice woman and stated he did amazing with her son, the dogs and the cats that were within her home. He walks well on a leash and just a total love bug all together. Doug would fit in to any home, and he would love to be your next couch potato. We do recommend a meet and greet with any dogs within the home. Doug is considered a small/medium size dog.
