My Story

Meet dozer! Dozer has been waiting to join the pack for quite a while. He was found dumped in Half Moon Bay California. His people never came for him and now he is looking for a home!Dozer is a great guy, he loves everyone. Great with people and other dogs, though he plays a little rough with no aggression. He loves sleeping with his people on the big bed. He has shown no aggression towards anyone. He could use some leash training, as he thinks he is a sled dog unless he has a head halter on. We have been working with him on not begging when it’s our dinner time and he has been good about going to his bed and leaving us alone to eat. He is not a bolter but when gets out of his confined area he thinks it’s a game and it’s not easy to get him to come back. Dozer does not like to be left alone. Who could blame him after being dumped by his owners. So someone would need to work with him on becoming more confident. We think a dog friend in the home may help him realize he has friends around. Dozer was once registered as an emotional support animal it looks like, so we know that he is an absolute good boy. Those are might be around a couple years old, waiting to get neutered and vaccinated. And anybody could donate towards his vetting we would greatly appreciate it since this was not an expected rescue but needed. We think his foster family for stepping up to help him and to his rescue friend for advocating for him! Located in half moon bay ca
