Duke is a 4 year old Purebred Fox Red Labrador Retriever. Duke is in need of a new home because his owner passed away suddenly. He's doing his best to be brave with all the changes that he is dealing with. Duke is the type of dog we refer to as "velcro", meaning he always wants to be near his person Duke is a young, athletic dog, and needs an owner that will exercise him daily and take him on adventures. He loves going for car rides, unless you are taking him to the groomers. Baths and nail trims are not his favorite activity. Duke is housetrained, crate trained and listens well. He really isn't familiar with walking on a leash, so he tends to zig and zag. His new family will need to work with him on leash training. This handsome guy lived with 4 other dogs, so he would likely enjoy another dog as a playmate. Duke is a total lovebug, and would love to be your work from home office buddy.
