Hello! My name’s Effie, and I’m a two year old lovely lady who is here to add a little sparkle to your life. I’m a sweet, affectionate pup who’s been told I have a heart full of gold and a tail that wags with joy.  I love spending time with my humans, whether it’s going for walks, playing in the yard, or just relaxing by your side. I’m a quick learner, and I’d love to show you how smart and eager to please I can be!  I dream of a forever home where I can be part of the family, soaking up love and giving it right back. Our organization is foster based which means that we really know and understand our dogs personalities as our volunteers live each day in their house with our rescued dogs.
