Elizabeth is a sweet, gentle 9-year-old dog who lost everything she’s ever known. Her owner, facing unimaginable hardship had no way to care for her, Elizabeth is now in foster care, a confusing reality for a dog who has only ever known love and security. She has no idea what’s happening or why, and it’s breaking our hearts. Elizabeth was adopted as a puppy and has spent her entire life as a loyal companion. She doesn’t understand why her family disappeared, why her safe, warm home is gone. Elizabeth deserves more than this. She deserves a second chance at love and stability, and we’re begging for your help to give it to her! Elizabeth is everything you could hope for in a dog. She’s incredibly sweet, people-friendly, and loves nothing more than being by your side. She gets along well with other dogs and, with proper introductions, cats too. She’s a low-energy, easygoing girl who enjoys occasional playful zoomies but is happiest curling up for her afternoon naps. Elizabeth is fully trained—potty trained, crate trained, and she knows basic commands. She’s also an absolute dream to walk, gentle and well-mannered on the leash. This isn’t her fault. She didn’t ask for this. Through no fault of her own, she’s lost her family, her home, and the only life she’s ever known. We can make sure she never has to feel abandoned or unloved again. If you can open your heart and your home to Elizabeth, she’ll come with her kennel, her favorite toys, and everything else she needs. But what she needs most is you.
