Ellanora

Ellanora (Ella) is a beautiful Catahoula Hound/Mix looking for her forever family! She's estimated to be around 2yr old, and weighs 45lbs. Ella came to BarkVille Dog Rescue after previously living as a stray outside. It was also evident this sweet girl had recently had puppies while living on the streets. She is adjusting to foster home life well, and is doing great with her potty training and crate training. Ella is well behaved and gentle with both dogs and cats. She is best described as loyal, incredibly smart, and curious. She enjoys playing with her toys, sniffing and running around in her fenced yard, and sunbathing. Ella loves to cuddle, and would be the perfect companion for someone looking for a dog to snuggle up with them! Ella is gaining confidence every day and is learning all about the good life in her foster home. She would love a dog savvy forever family who will have patience with her, and will continue to help her learn the ropes of family life. Loud noises can startle her, so a home with older kids could be a fit for Ella. She has learned her basic commands, and is also picking up on her leash manners quickly! She does require a fenced yard in her forever home. Ella is not a barker and is very quiet. She is spayed, fully vaccinated, and microchipped.
