Elle

Meet Elle! She is around 6yrs old and 35lbs. Elle is a sweet dog who is docile, affectionate, and cuddly. She is a people pleaser and wants to be right next to her foster parents at all times. When her people are at home, she is relaxed, calm, quiet and loving. Elle is house trained. Elle needs a few long walks per day. She not only needs walks to lose about 10 pounds according to the vet, but also needs regular exercise to be happy and healthy girl! Elle enjoys saying "hello" to everyone on our walks and has become a favorite amongst the dog lovers in our neighborhood. Elle has great house manners. She sleeps throughout the night on the floor (in her dog bed) in her foster parent's bedroom. Elle is friends with everyone- children, dogs and cats! Elle enjoys playing with her toys and playing fetch at the park. Elle enjoys going on adventures and is great in the car! Bonus if you have a fenced in yard or an additional dog at home but not needed. Elle is a smart girl who knows her basic commands too! Elle does experience anxiety when her people leave the home. Her foster parents are working with her on this with the Underdog trainer. Elle will cry when left alone, therefore, no apartments please! Elle's furever family will need to continue working with her on her anxiety when she is left alone. Her foster parents are more than willing to have further conversations about this.
