Hi, I'm a silly girl named Elly May! I came to the shelter as a stray on Christmas Eve, but no one came looking for me so I need a new home. I'm a mixed breed hound dog (possibly beagle and coonhound?) and I'm about 2 years old. I LOVE people, playing with my toys and I'm very interested in meeting other dogs. I didn't have much training before coming to the shelter so I'll need someone to teach me. I am an energetic girl at around 45 lbs so a big yard to run in would be great! I'm a total sweetheart who'd do great with any new family! If interested in meeting me complete an application and come for a visit! Every dog, cat and child will react differently to a new pet, so proper and safe introductions are always important for a smooth and successful transition. My adoption fee is $225. We do not have open hours for public viewing of our adoptable animals. We are by appointment only. If interested in adopting, please complete our adoption application.
