She’s pretty, playful and full of love. That’s Elsa. Please read Elsa’s full profile before filling out an adoption application. She has some specific needs to what kind of home is best for her. Elsa MUST have a house with a yard and another playful dog if you are a family who tends to be away for most of the day, otherwise a large condo or townhouse will be fine if you’re home enough to take her on 2-3 daily walks. Elsa is 1 yr and 4 mos old and weighs around 15 lbs. She LOVES to play with other easy going playful dogs and is a big cuddler who wants her belly rubs. She loves going on walks and running around the yard and park. Elsa is SUPER nervous at first meeting. She is Scared of Men so best to be in an all female home unless you have a male in the home who is willing and understanding she will take weeks for her to feel comfortable around them. It’s an odd trait that she was born with and even with working with trainers she still needs time to warm up to certain people. Basically this means she needs an experienced dog owner who has had rescue dogs before. We REALLY want her to find her forever family who is patient and caring and knows in time she will be a super loving pet. We are happy to work with you as a FOSTER to adopt and also continue with her training at our cost.
