Meet Elsie! Elsie is a 6 year old cocker spaniel weighing 30lbs. Elsie has had a rough start to her life. She is in search of a patient owner who would be willing to help her learn how to be a dog. Elsie needs help with leash training as well as housebreaking. She is ok in a cage but does need to be lead in. She likes tasty treats and is rewarded with those. Elsie is nervous around new people. She does well with dogs and tolerates cats. Elsie would do best in a home with another confident dog to help her learn the ropes as well as a physical fenced in yard. Elsie won't let her past define her future and would love a home of her own. Elsie is being fostered in the Cincinnati area. Her adoption fee is $450.00. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.
