Emmett

Emmett is a 2-3 year old, 97 lb Great Pyrenees mix. He is a very loving and affectionate boy who loves to be pet, give kisses, and get belly rubs. Emmett will roll over on his back to get scratches on his chest and belly, which is especially adorable due to his size. Emmett will also put his paws gently up on you for attention. Emmett has done well with other dogs. He has not been playful with them, but he has co-existed well with them. He especially likes smaller dogs. He is good with cats, too. He is crate-trained in that he doesn't potty in his crate, but he is not the biggest fan of being crate overall. He will whine initially but settles down in his crate in his foster home, though there is another dog crated in crate next to him, which probably helps him feel more comfortable. He has been house-trained in his foster home on a schedule. Emmett enjoys going on walks when he's comfortable with you and enjoys meeting new people and dogs. He can be a little shy initially with new people, but he comes around quickly. He is not super food motivated but does enjoy softer treats. He is a very loving, affectionate dog.
