Hi there! My name is Empire. I am about 9 months old, spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccines and HW negative. I am very quiet and loving but extremely shy until I get to know you. I'm living with several small dogs in my foster home and love to play with them. I haven't met any cats yet. I am very small so prefer friendly dogs my own size. I love to be held and snuggled. I will require a home with a secure, fenced yard and no small children. I am currently being fostered in Midlothian, VA. Will you be my new bestie?
