Meet Everest Everest's previous owner loved him deeply but, unfortunately, passed away. Our goal is to find a new home where he will be loved and adored just as much as he has been. Everest is a 4 year old Akita/Labrador Retriever mix, friendly and full of love. He adores belly rubs and enjoys both indoor and outdoor time. Energetic and playful, Everest is always up for fetch or a good tug-of-war, and his favorite thing is playing with toys. He’s great with other dogs, cats, and children, though he does need a proper introductions and some time to adjust. Everest is house trained and in good general health. He is neutered and microchipped as well. Everest just saw our vet and he is now up to date on vaccinations, heartworm and flea treatment. He is definitely a big boy! In fact, he weighs 101 lbs and needs to lose some weight, so a home where he can get proper nutrition and exercise is important.
