My Story

If you are interested in adopting this dog, please fill out an Adoption Questionnaire at https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/43315/gener. You can learn about the adoption process by visiting: http://www.k-9lifesavers.org/howtoadopt/. Dog's Name: Fabio (FAB1124ALAMD) Estimated Breed: Yorkie MIX Approximate Age: 4 years Approximate Weight: 10 lbs Currently Living at: Boarding Adoption Fee: $400 DOG'S DESCRIPTION: Handsome little Fabio will win you over with his good looks and sweet ways and his silky golden hair. He is a charmer with a heart as big as his personality. Someone has shaved his muzzle, which makes him look grumpy in some of the photos, but he is anything but grumpy. Fabio is a social guy who loves people and he gets along very well with other dogs, making him a perfect companion if you have another pup at home. He loves to go for walks and loves to chill on the sofa with you after. Do you have room in your heart and home for this sweet little man? Fill out an application today and meet your new best friend! Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family. Adoption fees cover basic vetting, rabies (if puppy is old enough), distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, monthly heartworm prevention while in our care (if old enough), monthly flea/tick prevention while in our care, and transport costs. K-9 Lifesavers will also cover the cost of spay/neuter at our partner vet at 6 months of age or reimburse adopter for up to the amount of our partner vet cost should you choose to spay/neuter at your own vet. Foster Program: Foster homes provide for the temporary care of a rescue until the dog is placed into a loving, forever home. For more information on becoming a foster parent, and our Foster Program, visit http://www.k-9lifesavers.org/foster/ or email our Foster Coordinator at [email protected] SPONSOR ME! Help Save Lives!
