My Story

MAGNIFICENT EARS ALERT! Welcome PHINEAS & FERB, two adorable little beagle boys looking for homes. These little sweethearts are absolute gems. They're about 1 year old, Phineas is 20 lbs, Ferb is 19 lbs. These two were found running together as strays, possibly dumped. They certainly appear to be brothers. They are good natured, friendly little guys. Ferb is the more outgoing of the two, Phineas is a little more timid but warms up quickly. They are absolutely adorable and can be adopted as a perfect pair. We can split them up if necessary but if they are separated they each MUST go to homes with another friendly dog. These guys have never known life as an only dog. Phineas & Ferb require homes with physically-fenced yards to keep them from following their beagle noses into trouble. If you would like to meet Phineas and/or Ferb, please fill out a dog adoption application at dreamhousrescue.org. We are happy to arrange a private meet with an approved adopter. All of our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and heartworm and flea and tick prevention. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care. Our adoption fee covers the dog's veterinary care, including spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, microchip, deworming, flea and tick prevention, heartworm prevention and any other needed veterinary care. A deposit is required to take a dog home for a trial period. The deposit will be applied to the dog's final adoption fee.
