My Story

Fido is a sweet and tenderhearted dog who is about 1.5 years old and weighs 12 pounds. He was an owner surrender. He is super calm and will love to nap on your lap and get lots of scratches. He also likes to play in the yard. He gets along well with the other dogs at the rescue. He is a wonderful dog who just wants a family to call his own! He has beautiful fur and the fluffiest tail. He will need a grooming to get his coat to look it's best. Fido is at our rescue near San Antonio and a meet and greet can be arranged with an approved application. He is neutered, up to date on all shots, microchipped and his adoption fee is $325. If you would like to add this cutie to your family, please review our process and complete an application here - https://www.tracyspawsrescue.org/adopt Learn more about our rescue here: https://www.facebook.com/TracysPawsRescue Fido tested positive for Chagas disease and has started treatment. This is completely curable after treatment and dogs can go on to live long and happy lives. Our rescue is one of the first to do Chagas testing for all of the dogs in our care and is having measurable success in the treatment protocol. We are also focused on continued education and awareness of Chagas to help even more dogs. For more information, please review here: https://www.tracyspawsrescue.org/chagas Services our dogs receive prior to adoption: Chagas Testing Heartworm and Tick Testing (age appropriate) All age-appropriate vaccines Heartworm and flea/tick preventatives Spay/neuter surgery Microchip *The breed(s) listed are guessed and based on the dog's physical appearance*
