My Story

Please message or email me with what type of home you can offer Finn. [email protected] I will contact you if you are a good fit for him to start the screening process. Please let me know if you have other pets-kids- do you own or rent- fenced yard or not- let me know what his days would look like - what hours you work- experience with raising a dog- Finn was found on side of highway in a box when he was baby 6-8 weeks of age. His birthday is estimated by the vet. I had an Embark breed & health DNA test done. Even though he looks NOTHING like his breeds it says he is yorkie terrier, American Eskimo dog, Sheltie and Miniature Schnauzer. He joined my rescue/home 3 months ago. He is a charming pup. Full of personality and loves to play. He is a nice size not too tiny or too big. He currently weighs 13 lbs and is most likely done with most of his growth but may fill out a little more. I have had him neutered, kept on flea and tick prevention, dewormed and all vet care is up to date. I have worked very hard with potty training, crate training etc and he is doing amazing. He LOVES to play with other dogs and likes cats too. He has shown NO aggression just loves to play. He is super loving and will make an amazing addition to an approved family. He is very food motivated (no food aggression at all). As long as he gets the exercise and play he needs he will happily snuggle with his person for hours and is so cozy. He plays endlessly with my mini aussie and then happily snuggles on couch with me. He can sleep in bed and can also sleep in his crate. He loves car rides and comes with me in the car 5 days a week. He will need a family committed to continuing his training (he is still a puppy) and ready for a lifetime commitment. After he leaves my home I want that to be his forever home and not to be changing homes again. I will be extremely selective and if I do not find a perfect fit for him he will stay with me. If you think you may be a good fit for Finn please reach out to me. He will only be adopted into a home that I feel best fits him. I have not had him around babies or toddlers but he has met an 8 and 9 year old child and seemed to like them.
