Our facility is open for adoptions by appointment. Please complete the adoption questionnaire found at this link https://form.jotform.com/211596541894163 . Once we have received your completed questionnaire someone will be in touch to set up an appointment for you to come in and meet the pet(s) you are interested in. If you have questions prior to completing the questionnaire please email [email protected] or call (859)737-0053. Appointments will not be scheduled until the questionnaire is completed. This process can typically be completed the same day or by the next day depending on appointment availability. Fizzgig was surrendered because his owner moved. He is very friendly and very playful. He previously lived with another dog and children. He needs work on basic obedience and manners but he loves people and we know he will be great when he finds the right match.
