His owner lost their home, and while a family member tried to care for him, they were unable to meet his needs. Flash is nervous in the shelter and came in with severe matting around his face and ears, but he's starting to feel more comfortable with handling and is slowly gaining confidence. With a loving and patient home, Flash will absolutely thrive! Flash would do best with adults or older teens as little children will be too much for this guy.
