FOREST

Introducing: Fantastic "Forest"! This adorable 3 month male catahoula leopard mix is eagerly searching for his forever home so he can truly start his new adventurous life in Colorado. Catahoula leopard dogs are typically known to be very affectionate, loyal, and gentle, and Forest embodies all of those traits to the fullest. He is extremely stoked about life and will greet you enthusiastically with a happy puppy grin, wagging tail and then is quick to want a snuggle. He is a quick learner, food motivated, and knows "sit". He is currently crated while his foster is out of the house and at night, and is using potty pads mainly (has picked up on this very fast!). He will need some support with crate training during the day as he may whine for a bit if he's not worn out before going in (he is making progress day by day with this!). He will be brand new to leash walking when adopted, so that is something that his forever human(s) can learn together!! He would do best in a home with other dog friends with energy to play, and/or humans who want a companion to do life alongside them. Forest will need someone who is active and has adequate space for him to play and stretch his legs as he grows!
