My Story

Frank was found as a stray in a small town we help with 2 female dogs. One of the females was pregnant, and thankfully a kind person picked them up. We assume that Frank is the daddy dog to the puppies, and he was a great dad to them. He was the most patient puppy dad we have ever seen. The puppies climbed all over him, and he was always gentle and loving to them. Now, Frank has completed his veterinary care, and he’s ready to find a forever family. His puppies are available for adoption too. Frank would love a home where he can get a lot of belly rubs and yummy treats. He is a calm guy and loves everyone he meets. He would do fine with a leisurely walk and is happiest hanging out with his people. Frank has a typical easy going Labrador personality, and he already has good doggie manners. Our vet estimates that he is 3 years old, and he weighs 66 pounds. Frank has been neutered, vaccinated twice for DHPP, bordetella vaccinated, rabies vaccinated, microchipped and is current on flea/tick and heart worm prevention. He was given a Proheart 6 injection, so he won’t need another dose of heartworm prevention until March 2025. Frank will arrive in the Northeast on 10/19.
