WHAT IS YOUR NAME? Hi! I’m Frank! ARE YOU A BOY OR A GIRL? I am a very handsome boy. HOW OLD ARE YOU? Best estimate of my age is around two years old as of the end of 2024. WHAT BREED ARE YOU? I am an adorable French bulldog. HOW MUCH DO YOU WEIGH? I am a perfectly-proportioned 24 pounds! WHAT DO YOU LOOK LIKE? Well, my foster parents tell me I’m perfect. I have big, beautiful brown eyes that will melt your heart, and I am tri-colored, with a beautiful black and tan coat and a white chest. WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO EAT? For breakfast and dinner, I enjoy my kibble. I am a very good eater! Oh, I almost forgot to tell you that I also get treats for being such a good boy. Oh gosh, do I love treats, so I do lots of good boy things throughout the day! WHAT KIND OF PERSONALITY DO YOU HAVE? I am super laid-back and love to get all the attention! I make a really good shadow when my humans are up and about. But I also love to sit on the couch and snuggle for hours while the humans watch movies. I am SO playful with anyone and everything … humans, dogs, and toys! It’s all a good time for me! DESCRIBE YOUR PERFECT DAY: I wake up, get in a good morning stretch, and then go outside to potty. After that, I like to get lots of love from my foster parents, play with my toys, and wrestle for a bit before I eat all my breakfast. For the rest of the day, it is pretty much playtime, naps in the sun, and cuddles on the couch until dinner. In sum, the most perfect day is full of food, play time, and cuddles! WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE TOY? I like all toys, but my favorites are my Kong wubba and balls. Every new toy I find is like winning the lotto and I have so much fun with ALL of them! DO YOU KNOW ANY TRICKS? I know “sit” and “shake!” I am pretty proud of myself for those two, but I am also still a work in progress, so let’s have fun with training! It involves treats, right? Count me in! WHAT SCARES YOU? I have not come across anything that scares me yet. I’m a brave little guy! HAVE YOU BEEN AROUND CHILDREN? Yes, I’m super sweet and gentle. I like kids because they give me a lot of attention and love to play with me and my toys. DO YOU LIKE CATS? Umm… I can’t say I know what a cat is. HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT OTHER DOGS? I love other dogs! Right now, I hang out with my foster brother Fez and foster sister Hazel. We play so much! I have lots of other dog friends that come over and play too! Whether big or small, I love them all. IF YOU COULD BE ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD, WHERE WOULD IT BE? I love to be with my humans and dog friends. Did I mention how good I am at being my humans’ shadow? As much as I love other dogs, it is really all about having humans who love me. I am so excited to find my forever family for lots of new adventures. HOW IS YOUR HEALTH? I’m a strong, healthy boy! WHO DO YOU LIVE WITH IN YOUR FOSTER HOME AND WHO IS YOUR CLOSEST COMPANION? Besides my foster mom and foster dad, it would be my foster brother Fez. He’s so much fun to play with! WHERE DO YOU HANG OUT WHEN YOU ARE HOME ALONE? I hang in my crate, which my foster parents call my apartment. WHERE DO YOU SLEEP? I sleep in my apartment. I have my water bowl, my bed, and a toy of some sort in there at all times. Yeah, it’s comfortable, but I would really love to sleep in bed right next to you. I’m a great snuggler. DO YOU LIKE WALKING ON A LEASH? I’m great on a leash! I love walks because it is so fun to explore and find new places. DO YOU HAVE ANY “NOT SO GREAT” HABITS THAT WE SHOULD KNOW ABOUT? No, not really. I’m a very good boy. My foster parents do call me the fun police sometimes. When other dogs are playing, I like to insert myself in the proceedings and chase them around barking. ARE YOU HOUSE TRAINED (DO YOU GO POTTY OUTSIDE)? Yes! I’m good at going potty outside. My foster parents are great at letting me out when I need to go. Consistency and patience are the key to teaching me where you want me to potty. I’ll figure it out quickly though! DO YOU LIKE WATER? It’s been too cold outside to play in the water, but I do like a nice warm shower. WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT YOUR FOSTER FAMILY? They make me feel loved with lots of attention and patience, and they keep me safe and healthy. WHAT WAS YOUR LIFE LIKE BEFORE BEING BROUGHT INTO NORCAL BULLY BREED RESCUED? A good samaritan found me and a friend hanging out in a field, which was clearly not the type of lifestyle we were meant to live. NorCal Bully Breed Rescue saved us from that unpleasant place and brought us to a safe foster home so we could get healthy and find loving homes. I am SO excited to find love with my forever family.
