Franklin

Franklin is a male, 20 lb., red Retriever/Terrier mix puppy. His estimated date of birth is September 18, 2024. Franklin was an owner surrender that was brought to ARF when the owners could no longer take care of him. They had adopted two puppies and felt that it was too much for them to deal with and surrendered Franklin. He is a sweet boy and is learning his puppy manners at his foster home. He is working on his potty training, he loves other dogs and is a typical playful puppy. He would love an active family and a backyard to enjoy. Franklin has a $225.00 adoption fee. Note: ARF reserves the right to deny any application that is deemed unsuitable for the animal. Please be aware that our animal adoptions are NOT on a first come- first serve basis. Our sole purpose is to find the best possible home for the animals that fall under our care. We do not ship our animals. All adopters are expected to come to Tulsa if approved.
