Fred

THIS IS A COURTESY LISTING: Fred is a super affectionate, 8 month old pit bull puppy who we need to rehome. After 4 months of fostering, we are heartbroken that we have to find this handsome fellow a new home. He and our 11 year old female pit bull get along very well, but unfortunately he and our 8 year old male shepherd mix can no longer safely coexist. It is for this reason we need to find Fred a new home. We otherwise would never consider it. We believe Fred needs to be the only dog in a home with someone who has the time and patience to continue with his training. He is very food motivated and knows basic commands like sit, come, stay and down. Fred is good on a leash but sometimes gets distracted. We don’t know how he is with children since he hasn’t been around them for long periods of time. He is microchipped, neutered, and up to date on all vaccinations. We love Fred very much but need to find him a new home. He is a warm and cuddly boy with so much love to give. Please know that potential adopters will be thoroughly vetted and references and an adoption fee will be required.
