Fyre was adopted when she was 4 months old by a wonderful family who loved her very much. They named her Honey, which is what we are calling her now, since she knows her name. ( We have to keep the original name in the listing for records purposes.) Honey has worked with a professional trainer and has great manners. She is House trained, Kennel trained and knows commands and tricks! She gets along with kids and dogs, don't know about cats. She is spayed and UTD on shots. Honey LOVES people, long walks, snuggling and running around! The one thing she has not been able to overcome is her food insecurity. This has led to a situation with another dog in her adoptive family that is not ideal for either dog or the family.
We believe Honey had food allergies to chicken and possibly some grains such as wheat and corn. She needs a specialized diet for this reason. Food allergies can also result in behavioral issues. Honey needs to be the only dog or with a family who understands food insecurity and can keep other pets in safe separate areas. She will be a great only dog and a treasure for the right family.
