Gerard

Hello all! This is Gerard and he came to OCAS as a stray, and therefore we do not know much about his history. Gerard is timid with new people and situations, and would benefit from a family who can take things slow with him and allow him to come out of his shell. As always, we recommend slow and monitored introductions between Gerard and any animals or people already in the home, over a period of time. This allows all pets a chance to adjust to not just one another, but to you! If you have any questions, please ask to speak with staff. Insights from my caretakers at the shelter: "Love this super sweet and fun boy! We played fetch for 20 min, only taking breaks for water and to give kisses. Perfect size and just a delight. Gerard has a very gentle mouth and is very good at dropping the ball on command!"
