Meet Gigi! She is just a perfect little mini lab. Want a lab with a great goofy personality, sweet nature and loving way, but can not have an 80 lb dog? Gigi may be a perfect match. She is only 35 lbs but has all that big lab charm. We believe she is a mix of Chihuahua and Labrador retriever, but likely has a few other breeds in there - so we consider her a true perfect mix! Gigi is just 3 years old so out of the puppy phase but still young with a lot of life ahead! She is already crate trained and house broken. She loves everyone - kids, dogs and everyone she meets on her walks. She LOVES long walks. Gigi is looking for her forever family because her owners were moving and could not take her with them. If there are multiple dogs that you are interested in, please fill out an application for each dog. This does not include bonded pairs, one application will be fine. We have different adoption coordinators working with different dogs, and your application may be missed if you only apply once. We put a lot of time and energy into processing our adoptions to find our babies the best fit home for them and you. Please do not submit an application if you are not serious about adopting. We are so excited to work with you to find you a new forever friend, and the perfect forever home for our dogs. We appreciate you working with us. Our adoption fees cover spay/neuter surgery, full (age appropriate) vaccinations, microchip insertion and registration, deworming, heartworm testing and prevention, flea and tick prevention and travel expenses. All of our dogs are rescued from local shelters and the general public. Each dog is then placed in a foster home where he/she is kept for quarantine, to ensure if the dog gets sick it can receive proper treatment. We have foster homes in the NJ/NY area waiting to receive their fosters. Once an animal has received an application or there's an adopter interested, we make arrangements for transport. If a dog is already in foster care in NYC/NJ, an adopter will be put in touch with the foster home AFTER an application is being processed.
