Gotti

Meet Gotti! He is a 1-year-old, approximate 12 lb., male Yorkie Mix. Gotti was found wandering around the streets of Toledo, Ohio. He was brought into the local shelter for rescue. Gotti has medium energy and does engage in puppy mouthing behavior when overstimulated so therefore a home with older children and adults is required. He is always interested in what is going on in his household...he's very curious and smart! Gotti loves chewing on bones, enjoys his trips outside playing with the other dogs in his foster home. He loves playing chase puppy with his fur siblings. He is very social when meeting new people! He is very quiet when crated overnight, crate and potty trained. He has had no behavioral problems in his foster home other than the mentioned mouthing when excited overstimulated. He is extremely athletic and a great jumper!! He does have other dogs in his foster home and 2 older children in the home and is fine with them. Just to accentuate the mouthing behavior...it is non violent but a novice or impatient dog owner with young children may not be the best fit for Gotti. His foster has been actively working on this behavior.
