Hi, my name is Grace! I'm a GREEN pawprint, which means I will fit well into most homes. Here is what would work best for me in my new home: -Personality: Friendly, playful, independent, good girl -Can Live with Kids: Recommending kids ages 5+ (up to counselor's discretion) -Can Live with Cats: Yes, pending an initial introduction -Can Live with Dogs: Grace could live with a calm/social male dog pending an initial introduction done here at the shelter. Likely not the best match for other females. -Can do Apartment Living: No thanks, would do best in a home with a yard -Potty Trained: Yes -Bite History: No -Positive Reward Based Obedience Classes Required: No -Energy Level: Medium -Needs Medical Procedure Before Going Home: No -Additional Information: Meet Grace! She's a happy and well-behaved 6 year old German shepherd looking for her forever home! Grace lived with cats, kids, and other dogs in her previous home and did just fine. It's likely she will adjust well to most homes so long as she gets enough attention, exercise, and mental stimulation. Grace may be middle-aged, but she's still got plenty of pep in her step! She loves to play fetch and would do great in a home with a nice fenced yard where she can chase a ball around. Grace already knows her basic commands, including "roll over", but would be eager to learn some more. We think Grace will make a wonderful companion to whoever is lucky enough to adopt her!
