Gretchen

Meet Gretchen! Gretchen is a pure bred standard Australian shepherd from a back yard breeder. She is a truly fantastic dog, smart as a whip, and loves to run and play. She is great with other dogs, neutral with dog savvy cats. She has some reactivity to goats and chickens but is easily redirected. She is E- Collar trained and does extremely well off leash. She is cuddly and affectionate, she listens intently and loves to just be your buddy while you go about your day. She will need someone with breed experience or an understanding of the breed. She barks at strangers and calls attention to people approaching, but quickly warms up to new people. She is a guardian through and through and wants to make sure you see what she sees. She rides extremely well in the car, but will bark at people walking by when at a stop light. She would do best in a country home with land to run and play, and a family to love her endlessly.
