Say hello to Guapo! This sweet little guy ended up at a local shelter after being picked up as a stray. Poor Guapo was in rough shape, suffering from a severe case of Demodex that needed immediate attention. We didn't hesitate to bring him to our rescue, where he's now on the road to recovery. Guapo's skin has improved so much already, though he still has a bit of healing left before he's completely back to normal. With continued treatment and care, he'll soon be looking and feeling his absolute best! Guapo also has an atrophied eye, likely due to a congenital deformity. While he's blind in that eye, it doesn't cause him any discomfort or hold him back from enjoying life. His playful nature and loving spirit shine through, proving that he's truly resilient. Despite everything he's been through, Guapo's spirit is unshaken! He's a playful, active, and happy little guy who can't wait to fully heal and embrace life to the fullest. He loves to run around, explore his surroundings, and show off his silly side. At just about 1 year old, Guapo is still young and full of potential, making him highly adaptable to a loving home. Guapo adores other dogs and enjoys making new friends, both furry and human. He's always ready to cuddle, give kisses, and soak up as much attention as he can get.
