Harley has been in a foster home for nearly two years after being found as a stray and surviving being hit by a car with only superficial injuries. Her past has made her painfully shy, but she is ready to find a patient family who will help her adjust and continue building her confidence. Harley thrives in the company of another dog who can show her the ropes and help her feel more secure. She would do best in a home with older children and another dog to keep her company. While she loves spending time in a backyard, it's not a requirement. Harley is potty trained, crate trained, spayed, and fully vetted. Her calm and easygoing nature makes her a wonderful companion. Harley is incredibly deserving of a loving home where she can continue to grow and feel safe. OUR DOGS ARE FOSTERED IN TEXAS OR COLORADO BUT AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION AND TRANSPORT OUT OF STATE. Read below for more information. All of our dogs are located in a foster home in Texas or Colorado. Our dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. As a Mutts N Such direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc). Our out of state adoption fee is $350 plus transport (varies by location). This fee includes all current vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, fecal analysis, spay/neuter for pets 6 months & older, and a heartworm test if over 6 months old. All dogs will be current on flea/heartworm prevention. A health exam will be completed and a certificate issued by a veterinarian within 10 days.
