Hattie

Attention all lap dog lovers! Little Hattie is a 5 lb female chihuahua lap dog that loves laps and people. She will go to both men and women with a wagging tail looking for pets. She loves warm places to snuggle under blankets and has checked out every dog bed in the house. If a fireplace is around, you will find her there! She knows to potty outside when taken out but has also used pee pads in a gated enclosure. She sleeps in a crate on foster mom's bed with no problems all night. She will walk with a harness on but due to cold weather has not wanted to walk far. She needs slow introduction to other dogs with some barking involved but does warm up and is getting along with foster mom's other small dog. Bigger dogs do scare her and not recommended. Not sure her status with children but probably best if older and can respect her space. Not sure on cats. Does play a little with some toys but not a big player and overall not a big barker. Rides good in a car. Definitely not a hyperactive dog and is mostly chill and would love to find her forever home! Complete an adoption application to meet Hattie.
